In the Community Care Fund, your donation is combined with others to impact multiple United Way Partner Agencies who focus on the income, education and health needs in the Tanana Valley. The Community Care Fund ensures that donations reach the agencies who are providing the most essential services to our community. Partner Agencies must meet and maintain the United Way’s high standards of excellence, governance, financial management and fiscal responsibility, and program management. Community volunteers evaluate community needs, agency applications, and award funding every two years.
